Requirements for foreign citizens
applying for admission to

Foreign citizens intending to be
educated at the
After the preliminary evaluation of
the documents submitted (performed by the Department of International
Cooperation), provided they are authentic, the university sends original
invitations to the applicants via DHL. This invitation enables obtaining the
visa.
The academic year starts on 1 September.
The applicants should come 1 week before the beginning of the academic year.
Before the courses start all new applicants are invited to partake in an
Orientation Programme. During this introductory week
you will get to know the university, the city of
The second stage of the evaluation takes place within the period from 1 September to 1 October. In case the documents are non-authentic, a student is subject to sending down.
Items to be submitted:
·
Application form (set university form);
·
Original
certificate of previous studies and a transcript of the student’s academic
records. Russian translation is obligatory. The translation should be attested
either by a Russian notary or the Russian Embassy in the country where the
certificate was issued (by the applicant’s choice);
·
Certificate attesting the equivalence of a
foreign diploma, obtained from the Russian Federal Department of Higher
Education and Scientific Research (33, Shabolovskaya
St; metro station “Shabolovskaya”);
·
Health certificate based on complete physical
examination (if obtained in Russia, it should go under № 86, if obtained
overseas it should be attested by the official public health authority, valid
for 1 year from the day of issue);
·
HIV-certificate, valid for 3 months from the day
of issue;
·
Photo 3x4 (6);
·
Study Contract.
The portfolio can be delivered either by post or
via Internet.
